Annual General Meeting

The McGill University Health Centre Foundation welcomed three special guest speakers to its Seventh Annual General Meeting:
- Dr. Arthur Porter, Director General and CEO of the MUHC, gave an overview of the current status of the redevelopment project
- Mr. St. Clair Armitage, the MUHC’s newly-engaged PPP Project Director, shared his extensive experience with Public Private Partnerships in the health care sector
- Mr. John Rae, Chairman of the Best Care for Life campaign, provided an update on the campaign’s progress.
In addition, the AGM covered the usual business of receiving the annual financial statement of the Foundation; electing the Directors of the Foundation for the forthcoming year; appointing the Auditors of the Foundation; and conducting such further business as may validly come before the meeting.
