Brian P. Drummond

Brian Drummond was born in Montreal in 1931. After studying commerce at Dalhousie University he obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
Mr. Drummond worked as the Executive Vice-President and Director of Greenshields Incorporated before becoming President and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the company in 1970. In 1982, he was appointed Vice-Chairman and Director of Richardson Greenshields of Canada Limited, a fully integrated investment banking and stockbrokerage company, where he stayed until 1997. He is presently President of Brican Investments Ltd., a privately held investment holding company.
Mr. Drummond is also on several community, association and corporate boards. He is Past Chairman of the Montreal General Hospital Foundation, and continues as a director of the Foundation. He is currently Chair of the MGill University Health Centre Foundation's Investment Committee.
Brian Drummond is a long-time director of the public companies ATCO Ltd. and Canadian Utilities Ltd, and is a member of the Investment Committee of the Canadian Medical Protective Association. He is past Chairman of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada, and of the Montreal Stock Exchange.
