Glenn Rourke joined the Bank of Montreal in 1970 and served in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong, until he became Vice President, Corporate Banking in Toronto in 1981. In 1984 he was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking in Montreal and in February 2000 was named Managing Director, Investment and Corporate Banking, BMO Nesbitt Burns, where he has responsibility for ensuring that the full range of financial products an services are provided as appropriate to a number of our key relationships.

Mr. Rourke obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Physical and Health Education degrees from Queen's University and his MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He is a past member of the Canadian Bankers' Association Quebec Committee, and was chairman of that organisation from 1989-90.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation, and sits on the Imperial Tobacco Canada Pension Fund Investment Committee.  Mr. Rourke is also the Founding Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the McGill University Health Centre Foundation.
