Dr. Armen Aprikian, Chief of Urology at the McGill University Health Centre, has recently been named Interim Director of the MUHC’s new Cancer Care Mission.
Maryse Bertrand and Pierrete Wong have witnessed the positive results that high-quality woman-centred care can yield and have agreed to act as co-chairs of the Women’s Health segment of the Best Care for Life campaign.
On May 25, 2006, the MUHC lost one of its most beloved physicians when Dr. Robert H. Usher died of cancer at the age of 76. Usher’s innovative work in neonatal medicine and the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) set new international standards.
