Marc Courtois

Marc A. Courtois holds an MBA degree and has more than twenty years of experience in capital markets. He has particular expertise in the areas of financing, mergers and corporate acquisitions. He worked for RBC Dominion Securities Inc. from 1980 to 2001.

Mr Courtois is an independent member of the Board of Directors of TVA Group and Chairman of its Audit Committee, member of the Board of Directors of the GBC North America Growth Fund Inc. and Chairman of its Audit Committee. In October 2007, he was appointed chairperson of the Canada Post Corporation.

He is also active in many charitable organizations and health care centres. Mr. Courtois is presently Chairman of the MUHC's Best Care for Children campaign (a part of the Best Care of Life campaign) and a member of the Board of the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation.
