The McGill University Health Centre Foundation is thrilled to announce the reprint of its culinary masterpiece and best-selling book, Montreal Cooks (in French: Les Saveurs de Montréal).

Launched in October of 2007 in the hopes of raising $300,000 for gynecological oncology at the MUHC, Montreal Cooks had sold out within two months! Now, due to the popular demand, the book is back!

Montreal Cooks is the brainchild of dedicated volunteer, Karen Dubrofsky (pictured here, at centre), who was helped along the way by her loyal friends, Donna Rabinovitch and Heidi Gossack‑Majnemer (pictured here, left and right). The book features the exclusive creations of chefs from over 25 of Montreal’s finest restaurants. Mouth-watering photos, suggested wine pairings, and nutritional analysis by MUHC clinical nutritionists accompany each of the more than 100 recipes. What’s even more appetizing is that 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the book support the treatment of women with cancer at the Women’s Health Mission of the MUHC. Want to see more?
