New Faces, New Ideas

The evening of June 4, the Leonardo da Vinci Centre welcomed the McGill University Health Centre's own Drs. Renzo Cecere and Nadia Giannetti for their inaugural New Faces, New Ideas lecture.

On June 3, the Kirkland Library welcomed guest speaker, Dr. Vassilios Papadopoulos, Director of the Research Institute of the MUHC, Associate Executive Director for Research at the MUHC, and Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University.

On June 3, AstraZeneca welcomed the McGill University Health Centre's own Dr. Jacques Genest, Director of Cardiology, who revealed and explained recent developments in the treatment of heart disease at the MUHC.

Dr. David Fleiszer is currently the Co-Leader of the McGill Educational Initiative on Interprofessional Collaboration: Partnerships for Patient and Family-Centered Practice, and Co-Chair of the Steering Committee. He recently delivered a New Faces, New Ideas lecture at the Forest and Stream Club.

On May 15 at the Côte St. Luc Public Library, Dr Tarek Razek, Chief of Trauma, spoke about the McGill University Health Centre's trauma care. This New Faces, New Ideas lecture gave audience members the chance to hear firsthand about the exciting work being done in the dynamic field of trauma by the McGill University Heath Centre’s talented professionals.

The afternoon of May 1, the residents of Place Kensington welcomed the McGill University Health Centre's own Dr. Jacques Genest, Director of Cardiology, for a New Faces, New Ideas lecture on cardiac care.
