The McGill University Master Swimmers held their 6th annual Swim-a-Thon benefitting Cancer Care at the McGill University Health Centre at McGill’s Memorial Pool, raising $2,300 for the cause.

The Auto Show Charity Preview was a resounding success! With the help of colleagues from various departments of the MUHC and generous volunteers, the MUHC Foundation was able to raise over $100,000 for the Best Care for Life campaign.

A press conference was held today at the MUHC's Women's Health Pavilion to announce the relaunch of bestselling cookbook Montreal Cooks, which has helped support groundbreaking research into ovarian cancer.

MUHC Employee Lottery

The winning name of the 2008 edition of the MUHC Employee lottery was drawn on April 18 at the Montreal General Hospital. First prize was $1,000. All proceeds from the lottery went to the Best Care for Life campaign.
