Dr. Thomas Milroy

Dr. Thomas Milroy is currently the Chair of the Central Executive Committee, McGill University Health Center, Council of Physicians, Pharmacists and Dentists. He also chairs the Montreal General Hospital's Site Executive Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland (1974). He has trained as a psychoanalyst and is a member of the Canadian Psychoanalytic Society and the International Psychoanalytic Association.

Presently, Dr. Milroy, a board certified psychiatrist in Quebec, Canada and the U.S.A., is the Director, MUHC Adult Inpatient Services in Psychiatry. His Unit is undergoing a renovation of over $4.5 million (thanks to help from the Foundation and private benefactors' support) whereby the Allen Memorial Institute's Inpatient Services will move over and combine with the MGH Inpatient Services.
