Leaders

LEADERS is an exciting new program that aims to bring together mid and senior level professionals who wish to support the priorities of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). These dedicated individuals, who are committed to advancing patient care, teaching and research at the MUHC, have joined forces to raise the standards of care and push the boundaries of research via their fundraising efforts. Members meet regularly to network and meet some of the MUHC’s best and brightest physicians and researchers to learn firsthand about advances in healthcare at the MUHC and beyond. Members of LEADERS make a personal contribution to the MUHC Foundation.

The MUHC Foundation and Fondation de l'HGJ - JGH Foundation are proud to announce a joint gift from Power Corporation of Canada in support of work being done at both hospitals for a Canada-wide study exploring treating COVID-19 patients with the blood plasma of those who’ve recovered from the disease. The technique involves transferring antibodies to sick patients, triggering the immune response needed to beat the virus. Just one example of how the top clinicians and researchers across Quebec and Canada are coming together through MI4 to innovate and save lives. bit.ly/3eOKpOZ
