MUHC’s Got Talent: 2nd event highlights a culture of caring

The MUHC Foundation’s MUHC’s Got Talent was a night to remember with 10 fun-filled and heartfelt performances by members of the MUHC community. The storied MTELUS theatre was packed with supporters as each performer gave their all in front of celebrity judges Catherine Verdon-Diamond, Jason Rockman and Mitsou, all in support of causes at the McGill University Health Centre.

The show featured a wide range of musical styles. The Pillars brought together nurses from across the MUHC for their very own rendition of “Alors on danse” by Stromae, including rewritten lyrics. A cappella group À la Carte wowed the crowd with their barbershop harmonies. Heavy metal band Uriel rocked the stage with a high energy performance and Fatima Zahra Haouzi had every audience member rapt with her beautiful classical guitar.

At the end of the night, 5 winners were crowned and $420,000 was raised thanks to the generosity of our donors and sponsors.
