Make a gift that continues to give year after year

Endowment funds are significant to the MUHC as they help meet the long-term needs of the hospital and help ensure the very best patient care today. An endowment is a gift that is invested to generate funds for a specific purpose in perpetuity. The capital of an endowment is usually left intact, and a percentage of the earnings is given annually to the designated purpose or department for which the endowment was created.

In order to generate enough earnings, the McGill University Health Centre has set a minimum of $100,000 for the creation of an endowment fund.

As part of your legacy, a named endowment is a deeply personal statement of what you believe should be supported long into the future.
